"Downtown living at half the price & twice the size of Montgomery downtown loft apartments"

Our goal is to restore and renovate neglected properties in Capitol Heights to their former charm and beauty, for the overall betterment of our neighborhood and residents.

Some homes we renovate and sell, some we keep to provide our Military visitors upscale lodging at half the price and twice the size of downtown loft apartments.
